One thing I know is you work hard on your craft. You have a passion
for the service you deliver, the difference you make, the solution you
provide, and the problem you solve - that's why you went into
"business." It's likely that after you started in this venture, you

what you didn't know.  That moment when you realize you can't just

Since 2003, our presenter Charles Weathers has learned numerous
lessons - from the thrill of victory to the agony of defeat. He's made
mistakes. Stumbled. Recovered. Charles has questioned everything from
my competency to his sanity. However, most importantly, Charles has
learned numerous lessons about the Business of Doing Business.
