On September 1, applications for the CSP class of 2024 open.
NSA Carolinas is hosting a Specialty Interest Group (SIG)** meeting to encourage you to learn more and apply!
You'll hear from other CSP recipients who are NSA Carolinas members and learn more about the process.
But the most important aspect of this meeting is for you to ask questions! So come prepared with questions if you're considering applying.
You'll also have the chance to form support/accountability groups with other prospective applicants for continued encouragement, accountability and questions!
** Our Specialty Interest Groups, or SIGs, are new NSA Carolinas initiatives which are designed to support members working on a specific topic area in their speaking business.
SIG meeting focus on topics such as:
- Earning the CSP
- Speaking on the TEDx Stage
- Speaker Marketing
- Podcasting
- Book Writing and Publishing
- Speaker Websites
- Speaker Demo Videos
- Speechcrafting and Design
- … etc.
So if you're working on (or even thinking about) applying for the CSP, writing a book, becoming a TEDx speaker, building or improving your speaker website or demo video, join our Book Publishing SIG or our TEDx SIG or our Demo Video SIG.
When you join these meetings, you know you will be connected with other NSA Carolinas members who are working on the same focus area and have expertise to share and help. You will be able to learn, ask questions and get feedback on any issues or challenges you might be facing.
During our SIG meetings you can also form small groups to continue the conversation about any of the SIG topics! Whether it's for encouragement, collaboration or accountability ... or all the above! Leverage NSA Carolinas for community and support!
Each meeting will be facilitated by an NSA Carolinas member with seasoned experience on that topic area.
Connection is key and these SIG groups are your opportunity to form a community within a community within a niche functional area of the speaking business.
SIGs meet virtually, are complementary and are for members only. Huge VALUE ADD for membership!
